GeminiDragonfly wants you to love what we create as much as we love creating it. Remember, everything is handmade and therefore, no two are exactly alike. We carefully select the materials and delicately construct and package each item. Our goal is to be as Eco conscious as possible, so recycled materials and packaging are used when available. Have fun shopping with us and COME BACK OFTEN!
Payments
The preferred methods of payment are Direct Check Out or PayPal. By these methods your item can ship out more quickly, usually within 3 to 14 days after payment. **Your purchase is not complete until you receive a receipt from Etsy or PayPal.
Cancellation of your order is only available on items that are NOT made to order and entirely at our discretion except within the European Union. Please be sure you are confident of your purchase. If you have any questions, please message us before purchasing.
Shipping
Your purchase will ship within 3 to 14 business days after payment has been received unless otherwise noted on the individual listing. If you need a different shipping time, please ASK us if it is possible first, before purchasing.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT - All purchases are shipped through USPS or Fed Ex. We are not liable for lost shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT- International shipments are not tracked. If you would like to track your purchase, there is an additional charge and tracking is only available within the United States. Once the package has left the United States, it can no longer be tracked. Please contact us prior to your purchase and we will set up a custom listing for you reflecting the additional tracking amount. Thank you.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason full refund is available less actual shipping charge, Etsy charges(5% of the item price, plus 12% on some orders) and PayPal charges and request must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us if you would like to return an item. Item must return in perfect condition and in original packaging in order to issue a full refund. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation. *** All custom/bulk orders are non refundable***
